Article 3: Payment
Payment is made either directly on our site by Paypal or credit card, or by transfer, by contacting us by email. The goods can only be shipped after full receipt of payment.
For orders by check, you must contact us to obtain an order form, this method of payment does not benefit from the reduced rates displayed on the site.
Article 4: Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your order. Shipping costs are payable up to €69 of order. Above this amount, they are free at relay points.
Home delivery is made by UPS, delivery times are specified in the basket when selecting the mode of transport. We undertake to deliver the package to the carrier within the deadlines indicated. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the delivery person can choose to leave the package in the mailbox or at a relay point. The customer cannot under any circumstances request a reimbursement for delivery if the delivery person has left the package at a relay point.
The relay point for Mondial Relay delivery can be chosen in the basket when placing the order, above €69 it is always possible to select home delivery with a supplement indicated in the basket.
It is up to the customer to consult the online tracking sent by Packlink. If tracking has not been received 48 hours after ordering, check your spam/promotions folder or contact us by email to obtain tracking. The customer’s responsibility is incurred if the package is returned to us because it was not collected from the collection point within the allotted time, a return fee of €10 will then be applied to the customer.
A simple delay in delivery cannot give rise to immediate compensation or reimbursement. A refund will be made within 15 days following the loss confirmed by the carrier or the return of the package.
If upon receipt the order is incomplete, you should send us an email within 5 days of receipt. If the package appears damaged, you will need to send us 3 photos of the box and bottles from a different angle.
Article 5: Returns
Returns are possible within 15 days of receipt of your order. Only bottles that have not been opened and damaged will be taken back. In the event of a bottle made unsaleable by the customer, the return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to the customer with a fee of €10 payable by the customer.
For a return, we invite you to contact us for the terms, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we manage the return transport of the package, the return costs of €10 will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of an error in the contents of the order or bottles destroyed during transport, we will cover the return costs.
Article 6: Customer data and cookies.
We guarantee that your personal details are respected. Your contact details are not passed on to third parties or commercial companies.
Customer data is only intended for order processing and, if desired, for sending our promotional offers. You accept their recording by checking the box that accepts the General Terms and Conditions when you place an order.
You can contact us at any time to delete this data.
Cookies can be used to improve your navigation on the site, they are not used for advertising purposes. You can accept them by clicking on “accept” at the bottom right of the screen.

All texts, comments, illustrations and images presented on the Phytonika site are protected by copyright as well as intellectual property. Any copy of information on the internet must acknowledge the source. Reusing information from the site is prohibited for any commercial site.
